An epidemic of a disease named Bloodlust grants one abnormal powers and heightened capabilities at the cost of having murderous intent towards those they love. Taku Kamishiro is one among many who have been infected by this disease and sees grotesque visions of him murdering his childhood friend and crush Mika Hanazono.
